1.To make a webpage, first you must decide what the page is going to be on.
2.Understand the concepts of the language of HTML. I'd suggest going to a tutorial site such as WebMonkey.com
3.Choose a webpage site to sign up that doesn't have you pay. Only sign up when you are really ready to make a .com on your own. Besides that, it's useless to get so much memory that they offer.
4. If you do not understand HTML after some basic tutorials, use a site that gives good website template where you just fill in the information. Good choices for this would be Tripod.com or Angelfire.com (i'm using Angelfire's website templates right now!)
5. Be sure that all images and links are good (make sure they aren't broken: broken images or links are when you click on them and it sends you nowhere or to an error page)
6. Please, PLEASE do not just make a website to put .gifs (moving images) on. It's very pointless. And you'll never get traffic. Trust me.
